OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Scores of extremist settlers desecrated the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.
Local sources reported that 233 Israeli settlers broke into the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, toured its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals at the holy Islamic site, under the protection of Israeli occupation police and intelligence officers.
Israeli occupation police tightened security measures at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and in the vicinity of the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem, restricting the access of Muslim worshipers, the sources added.
