GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Three Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli attack that targeted a gathering of citizens east of Gaza City on Thursday evening.
Local sources reported that an Israeli drone bombed a group of citizens in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, killing three people and injuring several others.
On the other hand, a fire broke out in a residential apartment near Al-Saqa roundabout, west of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, after the Israeli forces fired an artillery shell on the area. No injuries were reported during the attack.
Along the same line, a Palestinian was injured by Israeli drone fire in the Saudi neighborhood west of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli bombing of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza and Rafah comes less than 24 hours after a group of citizens were injured in a similar air strike in Beit Hanoun town north of the Gaza Strip.
A fragile ceasefire since January 19 saw an influx of humanitarian aid into Gaza, before Israel on Sunday announced it was blocking deliveries in violation of the truce agreement.
