WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped dozens of Palestinians, including a child and ex-detainees, in a large-scale arrest campaign carried out across the West Bank, including east Jerusalem.
In a statement on Wednesday, the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said that from Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning, the IOF had detained and interrogated over 40 residents of the West Bank, including Jerusalem, among them a child and former detainees.
PPS added that the arrest campaign happened in different areas of Salfit, Jenin, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Nablus, Tulkarem, and al-Khalil.
PPS pointed out that the IOF assaulted and maltreated detainees and their families, and rampaged through homes during its raids in those areas.
