Israeli occupation forces have shot and killed a Palestinian boy during a military raid into the occupied West Bank city of Jericho on Monday.
The Palestinian health ministry confirmed that 15-year-old Mohamed Faiz Balhan was shot dead earlier this morning by Israeli gunfire in the head, chest and stomach after Israeli forces raided the Aqbat Jabr refugee camp near Jericho to arrest Palestinians.
At least three more people were wounded, two with live ammunition, added the health ministry.
Since the start of 2023, Israeli occupation forces have shot and killed 98 Palestinians, including 18 children and an elderly woman.
