A group of Jewish settlers fenced off Palestinian-owned lands in the northern Jordan Valley on Thursday evening.
The human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh said that more than ten settlers have fenced off lands in the Umm al-Abr area as a prelude to confiscating them.
The targeted areas were earlier declared by the Israeli occupation forces as closed zones under the name of protecting “nature reserves,” which is a prelude to misappropriating Palestinian lands.
Nature reserves have become a normal Israeli practice to confiscate more Palestinian fertile lands.
