Several Israeli military tanks were deployed near the apartheid wall west of the Aqaba village and the neighboring town of Qiffin, north of Tulkarem, on Sunday evening.
The head of the Aqaba village council, Tayseer Amarneh, affirmed that the Israeli army vehicles were placed only 50 meters behind the wall amid a large deployment of Israeli occupation soldiers.
He added that the military tanks were deployed in Palestinian agricultural lands planted with olive trees.
