A number of Palestinian citizens suffered injuries at dawn Saturday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed some West Bank areas, amid clashes with young men and resistance fighters.
In Jenin, medical sources said that a young man suffering from a bullet injury in his right hand was evacuated to Ibn Sina Hospital by an ambulance crew from Jenin.
Local sources said that resistance fighters showered IOF vehicles with bullets and detonated explosive devices at them in Jenin and its refugee camp.
Violent skirmishes between local youths and Israeli forces also took place near Ibn Sina Hospital in the city.
Local sources said that the IOF failed to arrest wanted resistance fighters during its raid in Jenin.
In Nablus, a young man was injured when an IOF vehicle ran over him during clashes in the old Askar refugee camp. Three others also suffered from their exposure to tear gas during the events.
Loud explosions also rocked the refugee camp when resistance fighters detonated homemade bombs at Israeli troops and their vehicles.
One young man was kidnaped by the IOF during its campaign in Nablus.
In Tulkarem, the IOF carried out raids on homes in the city and came under fire from resistance fighters, with no reported arrests.
