RAMALLAH, (The Palestinian Information Center) A 21-year-old Palestinian was killed by Israeli gunfire near the West Bank city of el-Bireh, the Palestinian health ministry declared on Monday.
In a brief press release, the health ministry affirmed that Muhammad Imad Hasaean, 21, was killed after being shot in the head at the northern entrance of Bireh.
The Israeli military also arrested a young Palestinian man in Sinjil town, north of Ramallah.
Early Monday, angry protests swept Bireh and Ramallah in solidarity with Jenin, which has been under ongoing Israeli aggression, leaving at least four Palestinians killed.
