NABLUS, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Hamas Movement has mourned the death of the Palestinian young man Mahmoud Jarad, 23, who was killed during an Israeli military raid in Tulkarem refugee camp at dawn Friday.
The Movement offered condolences to the martyr’s family and loved ones, stressing that the Palestinian people will continue to defend themselves by all possible means.
The Israeli crimes will not go unpunished, it added.
The group also stressed that armed resistance is the only option for the Palestinian people to restore their land, saying that the martyrs’ blood will serve as fuel for a new Palestinian revolution.
Earlier Friday, a Palestinian young man was killed, and seven others were injured by the Israeli forces in Tulkarem refugee camp, while another young man was injured in Nablus.
Since the start of the year, 222 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire, including 42 children and 11 women.
