West Bank, (The Palestine Information Centre)Palestinian resistance fighters have fired shots at an Israeli military helicopter as it was flying in the skies over the Jenin refugee camp in the northern part of the West Bank, according to the Palestinian media.
The incident took place on Tuesday evening and there were no immediate reports about damage and casualties, the media outlets said.
In a related development, Israeli forces stormed the town of Ya’bad, situated 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) west of Jenin, in search of resistance fighters who had opened fire at a military site near the area.
Additionally, a young Palestinian man sustained injuries following clashes with Israeli troops near the fence separating the predominantly Arab city of Baqa al-Gharbiyye in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories and Qaffin town.
