WEST BANK, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid, search, and arrest campaign in various areas in the West Bank overnight and at dawn Wednesday.
Two Palestinians were detained in Tulkarem and Jericho, while a third was rounded up in Qalqilia.
In Jenin, the IOF stormed and violently searched the family house of the ex-prisoner Riyad Abu Abed, after brutally attacking him.
In Ramallah, violent clashes broke out after the IOF stormed Deir Dibwan, Beit Rima, and Shuqba towns.
During the raids, the IOF arrested a father and his 15-year-old son after storming their house, confiscating their car, and stealing a sum of money.
The IOF troops also detained a young man in Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil.
Over the past week, the IOF arrested nearly 200 Palestinians from different areas of the West Bank.
