WEST BANK, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes at dawn Thursday.
In Nablus, clashes broke out in Beita town after it was violently stormed by IOF troops.
Dozens of local houses were stormed and searched during the six-hour raid.
Local sources reported that a Palestinian ambulance came under fire during the raid. A medic was injured in the foot during the attack.
Meanwhile, two Palestinians were detained in al-Khalil, while a third was rounded up in Occupied Jerusalem.
In Bethlehem, the IOF stormed the Aida and Al-Azza refugee camps and launched a raid and arrest campaign.
In Qalqilia, the IOF arrested several youths after they opened fire at a car they were in.
