BEIRUT, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Lebanese Hezbollah group said that three of its members were killed on Monday evening during an Israeli bombardment of southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah, in a press statement, identified the martyrs as Husam Ibrahim, Ali Fatouni, and Ali Hadraj.
Hezbollah, in retaliation, fired rockets and mortars on two Israeli military posts in the Galilee.
Earlier today, seven Israeli soldiers were injured after four armed men infiltrated Israeli settlements through the Lebanese-Israeli borders.
Al Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, claimed responsibility for the infiltration operation in southern Lebanon.
Israel had bombed Kharaj, Aita al-Shaab, Yarin, and Yaron villages in southern Lebanon, according to media sources.
The incident coincided with the ongoing Aqsa Flood operation launched by Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip.
