OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (The Palestine Information Centre)Two Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire in Jericho and Occupied Jerusalem at dawn Saturday, bringing the total number of West Bankers killed since last Saturday to 53 martyrs.
Local sources affirmed that Mahmoud Shehada, 27, was shot in the head as clashes erupted in the Ain al-Sultan and Aqabat Jabr camps in Jericho after being stormed by Israeli troops.
Three more youths were injured during the clashes, one of them in critical condition.
In a separate incident, the Israeli police executed an unidentified Palestinian young man in Issawiya town, in Occupied Jerusalem, after opening fire at a car he was in.
The Israeli police prevented ambulance crews from reaching the young man, who was left bleeding until his death.
