GAZA(Palestine Foundation Information Center)An Israeli captive by Hamas Movement in Gaza pleaded with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept the resistance’s offer to receive the bodies of his wife and children killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza.
The plea came in a recorded message released Thursday evening by Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas. The message showed captive Yardin Bibas begging Netanyahu to accept the repatriation of the bodies of his wife Shiri Bibas and their two children Ariel and Kfir.
“Bibi Netanyahu, you bombed and killed my wife and my two children, who were the most important thing in my life, I beg you to bring them back to their homeland so they can be buried in Israel,” said Yardin Bibas.
Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Wednesday the death of Shiri Bibas and her two children, Ariel and Kfir, in a previous Israeli airstrike on the Gaza Strip.
The Brigades said that they offered to hand over the three bodies of the Israeli family in the seventh batch of prisoner exchange deal, but Israel refused the offer.
Hamas Movement also announced earlier on Thursday that Israel has refused to receive seven captives and three bodies, all women and children who were killed in Israeli bombardment on Gaza in return for the extension of the temporary humanitarian truce under the same conditions of the past six days.
