TULKAREM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed three Palestinians during a raid on a refugee camp in the West Bank on Wednesday.
The men were killed after the IOF raided the camp and besieged a local house before bombing it.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that two Palestinian men who were besieged by Israeli soldiers in a house in the camp have been killed.
The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the men as Ziyad al-Dameh, 39, and Islam al-Ali, 36.
The third was identified as the leader of the Shuhada Al-Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of the Fatah Movement, Moatasem Al-Ali.
Five local residents were injured during the raid, including three women by shrapnel, and a man and a girl with live ammunition.
Israeli snipers were deployed on the rooftops of residential buildings in the refugee camp amid clashes with Palestinian resistance fighters.
Tensions have been running high across the occupied West Bank since Israel launched a deadly military offensive against the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7.
At least 383 Palestinians have since been killed and 4,400 others injured by Israeli army fire across the West Bank.
