DOHA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Political Bureau Chairman of Hamas, Ismail Haneyya, on Monday stressed that Israel is stalling in responding to the ceasefire negotiations, stressing that his Movement will not accept such stalling.
Following his meeting with the Qatari Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Haneyya stressed that the Movement “responded to the efforts of the mediator brothers, agreed to the course of negotiations on stopping the aggression, and showed great seriousness and flexibility, but it believes that the Zionist enemy is stalling, which the Movement will not accept in any way.”
Earlier on Monday morning, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad discussed developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories with Haneyya.
During the meeting, Haneyya stressed the need to stop the ongoing Israeli massacres against children, women, and defenseless civilians.
