NABLUS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian young man died of a critical bullet injury at dawn Thursday after the Israeli occupation forces (IOIF) stormed Beit Furik town in eastern Nablus and clashed with local youths.
The young martyr was identified as 25-year-old Bashar Hanani. He suffered a bullet injury in his abdomen and was proclaimed dead at a hospital in Nablus City.
Local sources reported that violent clashes broke out in the town after Israeli forces stormed and patrolled its streets and raided the Sadaqa Medical Center.
Last night, another young man was critically wounded when Israeli soldiers opened fire at local youths during skirmishes with them in Qusra town, southeast of Nablus.
The Red Crescent said that one of its ambulance crews transported a 19-year-old young man to a hospital after he suffered a bullet injury in his chest in Qusra.
The Red Crescent also said that Israeli soldiers assaulted and beat some of its paramedics at the Surra checkpoint in western Nablus as they were providing medical assistance for a wounded young man after he was attacked by the soldiers.
