GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) destroyed at dawn Wednesday the homes of two Palestinian prisoners in Bani Naim town, east of al-Khalil, several hours following a similar measure in east Jerusalem.
According to local sources, Israeli forces detonated the homes of two prisoners, Mahmoud Ali and Ahmed Mohamed, after storming Bani Naim town last night.
Clashes reportedly took place between local youths and Israeli soldiers near the prisoners’ homes.
On January 15, 2024, during the Israeli war on Gaza, Mahmoud and Ahmed carried out a combined vehicle-ramming and stabbing operation in the industrial zone of Ra’anana in 1948 occupied Palestine. One Israeli was killed and 18 others were injured.
In east Jerusalem, Israeli police forces detonated part of a house belonging to the family of martyr Khaled al-Muhtaseb and sealed off the other part with concrete in Beit Hanina town.
The house is an apartment located on the ground floor of a three-story building. The detonation reportedly caused damaged to some nearby homes.
Martyr Muhtaseb, 21, was shot dead by Israeli police officers on October 12, 2023 near the Rashiyida School in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem after he carried out a shooting operation. His body is being held in police custody.
