NABLUS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) At least six Palestinians were injured in a settler attack in Urif town, south of Nablus, on Sunday evening.
Local sources reported that a group of Jewish settlers opened fire at a house belonging to the citizen Issam Safadi near Urif Secondary School, wounding a child and a young man before setting fire to a car.
Several other people were also injured while confronting the Israeli forces who came to protect the settlers.
The Red Crescent Society affirmed that 6 people were injured in Urif, four of them suffered from gunshot wounds.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces blocked the entry of ambulances at the Al-Murabbaa, Hawara and Awarta checkpoints while heading to Nablus Hospital. The father of one of the injured was arrested from an ambulance.
