GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza said that “the Israeli enemy had committed a historical crime when it forced the evacuation of the European Hospital in Khan Yunis.”
It said in a statement on Tuesday evening that the forced evacuation of the European Hospital would threaten the lives of thousands of sick and wounded Palestinians.
GMO charged Israel with deliberately targeting hospitals and the health system in the Gaza Strip and intentionally creating a humanitarian and health catastrophe in the besieged enclave.
The Israeli occupation army has rendered 34 hospitals out of service in Gaza, the last of which was the European Hospital, the GMO statement said, adding that “the whole world is watching and doing nothing to stop this genocide.”
For its part, the World Health Organization said that the Israeli army forced the evacuation of 270 patients from the European Hospital, adding that only three patients are left in the hospital.
