JENIN (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A group of Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian lands and properties in Al-Fandakumiya and Silat Al-Dhahr towns, south of Jenin, on Thursday.
Local sources reported that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Fandakumiya town and attacked local homes before setting fire to large agricultural lands planted with olive trees and fruit trees.
They also set fire to a house and vehicle belonging to a local resident and attacked neighboring houses amid heavy gunfire.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed the town and opened their machine gunfire at local citizens who tried to confront the settler attack.
The neighboring town of Silat Al-Dhahr also witnessed a similar settler attack.
