TUBAS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night a number of Palestinian citizens and clashed with local youths during a raid in Fari’ah refugee camp in southern Tubas.
According to local sources, two IOF bulldozers embarked on destroying the main road leading to al-Fari’ah camp before Israeli troops stormed the camp.
The sources added that Israeli soldiers broke into and ransacked several homes and kidnaped some citizens, amid clashes with local youths and sounds of explosion.
The Red Crescent said that the IOF opened fire at its ambulance center in the camp and demanded the employees and volunteers working there to leave it immediately.
WAFA news agency quoted Red Crescent paramedics as saying that Israeli soldiers stormed the ambulance center in the camp and fired shots at the ground near their feet and above their heads and forced them to close the facility and leave the area.
Israeli soldiers also intercepted and searched an ambulance, prevented it from moving for one hour, verbally attacked the paramedics aboard it, and detained one of them for about three hours.
