WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Wednesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed ash-Sharim neighborhood in Qalqilya City and kidnaped a number of citizens from their homes.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped a university student identified as Sondos Nabil from her home in al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya town.
Israeli soldiers also stormed the house of prisoner Saleh Abu Alya in al-Mughayyir village in the northeast of Ramallah and kidnaped his father.
Israeli forces also stormed al-Jalazon refugee camp in northern Ramallah and went on the rampage through a barbershop.
Another young citizen was taken prisoner during an IOF raid in Silwad town, east of Ramallah.
Israeli troops also expelled the family of ex-detainee Muntaser Salama from its house and turned it into a military post during a raid in the town of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah.
A family source said an Israeli officer told him that the soldiers would stay in the house for several days, adding that a week ago, the IOF kidnaped Muntaser’s son, Naji.
Other IOF raids happened in the towns of Budrus and Kharbatha Bani Harith in western Ramallah, with no reported arrests.
Israeli forces also stormed Tubas City in the northeast of Nablus and wreaked havoc on the furniture of a house belonging to ex-detainee Hazem Abul-Adeeb.
