NEW YORK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) UNRWA commissioner-general Philippe Lazzarini has said that all the rules of war are being violated in the Gaza Strip, which has been facing an ongoing genocide for more than 14 months.
“All wars have rules. All of those rules have been broken,” Lazzarini said in remarks on his X page on Sunday.
“Attacks on schools and hospitals have been commonplace. The world must not become numb,” the UNRWA chief added.
He said that civilians across Gaza need a respite, calling for a ceasefire and not wasting more time.
