GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Five employees guarding and escorting aid trucks were martyred on Monday evening when an Israeli strike targeted them in Deir al-Balah City in central Gaza.
According to local and media sources, an Israeli drone bombed a car carrying workers escorting aid trucks near al-Awda factory in Salahuddin street in the east of Deir al-Balah, killing five of them and injuring others in the area.
This was the second massacre the Israeli occupation army committed against humanitarian aid guards in Gaza in less than 24 hours.
On Sunday evening, an Israeli airstrike killed five aid workers in al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah in southern Gaza. About 30 civilians waiting for aid delivery also suffered injuries in the same attack.
