AL-KHALIL (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Two Palestinian young men were wounded and bruised on Thursday after being assaulted and abused at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Al-Khalil, in the southern West Bank.
Local sources reported that the IOF soldiers stationed at one of the military checkpoints leading to the market and the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City stopped the two men while trying to reach the mosque.
The IOF bundled the two young men into the military checkpoint, and subjected them to severe beating, leading to injuries and bruises.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said its crews in Al-Khalil transferred the two victims to the hospital.
