Nada Muhammad Al-Amoudi, 5, was proclaimed dead in Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat after being injured in an Israeli bombing targeting the displaced people returning to the north.
Three more people were injured during the attack, medical sources added.
Two more Palestinians were killed in an Israeli drone attack on residential homes east of Zeitoun neighborhood.
The Ministry of Health has earlier said a total of 11 people have arrived in hospitals, including nine others recovered from under the rubble.
The death toll in Gaza due to Israeli attacks has risen to 47,317 with 111,494 injured since October 7, 2023, a ministry statement on Telegram said.
