WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and Tuesday morning a number of Palestinian citizens in different West Bank areas.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped six citizens during a raid in Yatta City, south of al-Khalil.
Israeli forces also stormed the Tarqumiyah town municipality’s headquarters in western al-Khalil, detained the civil servants working there, and kidnaped one of them.
Two other young citizens were kidnaped by the IOF from their homes in Nablus City and Jaba town in southern Jenin.
In Ramallah, Israeli forces kidnaped five citizens from al-Bireh City and three others from al-Jalazon refugee camp in northern Ramallah.
In a separate incident, the Israeli army continued today to destroy public and private property and displace more citizens from their homes in Fari’ah refugee camp in southern Tubas, where Israeli forces had been deployed 10 days ago as part of the large-scale IOF operation in the northern West Bank.
About 200 families have been displaced from their homes since the IOF started its aggressive raid in Fari’ah camp.
