WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped several Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Thursday morning.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped one citizen from an-Nour neighborhood in Nablus and three others from al-Khalil City.
Meanwhile, the IOF intensified its military measures in the Old City of al-Khalil and around the Ibrahimi Mosque, and continued to block the entrances of towns and refugees camps around al-Khalil City with barriers.
In Qalqilya City, the IOF kidnaped two ex-detainees who were released a few days ago after spending over one year in administrative detention.
The IOF also kidnaped a father and his son from Kafr Saba neighborhood in Qalqilya City and six citizens from Azzun town in the east of Qalqilya province.
In Tulkarem, one citizen was taken prisoner during an IOF raid in Illar town and three others were kidnaped from Qaffin town.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces raided several homes in Beit Fajjar town and kidnaped at least nine citizens.
Local sources in Beit Fajjar reported that the IOF maltreated and interrogated about 30 citizens after taking them from their homes before releasing most of them later.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
For its part, the Asra Media Office said that the IOF kidnaped over 25 citizens during a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem on Wednesday evening and at dawn Thursday.
