QALQIYA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Ministry of Health reported at dawn Tuesday that a young man was martyred and three others were wounded by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire in the city of Qalqilya, north of the West Bank.
In a brief statement, the Health Ministry said the young man Khaled Saleh Qaraan, 25 years, was martyred and three citizens were injured with varying wounds at the hands of the IOF.
Local sources reported that IOF special forces stormed the Kafr Saba neighborhood in Qalqilya city on Monday night and shot the martyr Qaraan, whose wedding was scheduled to be held after Eid al-Fitr.
The IOF detained a group of young men in Kafr Saba neighborhood, searched and abused them, the sources added.
