WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and detonated a house during raids in the West Bank last night and on Wednesday.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped six citizens, including two fathers with their sons, following raids on homes in Azzun town, east of Qalqilya.
Israeli forces also stormed Qalqilya City at dawn and raided homes in different neighborhoods, with no reported arrests.
In Tulkarem, local sources reported that the IOF detonated a house in the besieged Nur Shams refugee camp, without providing further details.
In Bethlehem, the IOF stormed Husan village and ransacked several homes. No arrests have been reported.
In Salfit, Israeli forces kidnaped two brothers from Kafr ad-Dik town.
30 other citizens were detained and maltreated by the IOF during a raid in Kifl Hares town, west of Salfit. They were reportedly released later.
In Ramallah, Israeli soldiers kidnaped a young man from the family of Abu Naim and knocked down three tents belonging to his father in al-Khalayel community. They also damaged a fence surrounding a sheep farm belonging to the same family.
The IOF also kidnaped journalist Ibrahim Abu Safiya from his home in Beit Sira town and another citizen during a raid in Safa town in Ramallah province.
Another citizen was handed a summons for interrogation from the Shin Bet during an IOF raid in Birzeit town, north of Ramallah.
The IOF also carried out raids and blocked roads in other areas of the West Bank.
