Israel’s renewed genocidal assault on Gaza enters day 32

GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces continued their large-scale military onslaught on the Gaza Strip for the 32nd consecutive day, following the collapse of a ceasefire agreement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu amid total political and military support from the United States and international silence and unprecedented inaction.

According to field reports, the Israeli military carried out dozens of airstrikes and demolition operations targeting residential homes. This comes amid a worsening famine, as restrictions on the entry of basic food supplies—imposed since early March—affected the civilian population severely.

Medical sources confirmed that at least 22 Palestinians were killed in Israeli air raids since dawn today.

The body of Medhat Abdel-Majid Qudeih was recovered from beneath the rubble of his home in Khuza’a, five days after the house was bombed. Three more bodies from the same family remain trapped under the debris.

Israeli forces also opened fire east of the town of Al-Qarara near Khan Yunis.

Ten Palestinians were killed, and 18 others were injured, in a strike on the Baraka family home in Bani Suheila, east of Khan Yunis.

In Rafah, the Israeli army carried out successive demolitions targeting residential buildings in various neighborhoods.

Eleven people were killed in an Israeli airstrike that hit a house in the Tel al-Zaatar area of Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza.

One more person was killed and others wounded in a drone strike on Khan Yunis refugee camp in the south.
