GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Israeli warplanes bombed the solar panels in the upper building of the Al-Durrah Children’s Hospital, east of Gaza City, at dawn Wednesday.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health condemned the Israeli targeting of the Children’s Hospital, stressing that the bombing caused significant damage to the intensive care unit and the alternative power system inside the hospital.
“The occupation has not only prevented medicine and food from Gaza’s children, but also continues to deprive them of life,” it said.
The Ministry of Health renewed its call on the concerned authorities to provide protection for medical institutions and criminalize the Israeli practices against them.
Since the onset of the genocidal war in October 2023, The Israeli occupation army has repeatedly targeted hospitals and press centers with direct shelling.
