Palestinian injured, others kidnaped following IOF raids in W. Bank

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM  (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) injured a Palestinian teenager and kidnaped other citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Wednesday morning.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two citizens, including a woman, after ransacking their homes in Qalqilya City.

In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped 10 citizens, including a prisoner’s mother and relatives, following raids on homes in Beitunia town and al-Jalazon refugee camp.

During the IOF raid in Jalazon camp, Israeli soldiers reportedly assaulted local residents, prevented others from going to a mosque for the Fajr prayer, and detonated a store’s doors.

The IOF also raided homes in Silwad town, northeast of Ramallah, with no reported arrests.

In Jenin, a teenager suffered a bullet injury in his abdomen after Israeli forces stormed Qabatiya town. The Red Crescent said it transferred the wounded boy to the hospital for medical assistance.

IOF bulldozers reportedly wreaked havoc on roads and infrastructure during its campaign in the town, amid drone overflights.

Five citizens, including two fathers and two sons, were taken prisoners during the IOF raid in Qabatiya.

In Salfit, Israeli soldiers broke into and ransacked a kindergarten and demolished parts of its walls.

The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank and raided several homes, without making arrests.
