WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center)A horde of extremist Jewish settlers wreaked havoc on an olive grove and vandalized property belonging to Palestinian citizens in the east of Yatta, south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
Local activist Osama Makhamra said that a group of settlers cut down and uprooted a large number of fruitful olive trees in the Huwara area of Yatta after vandalizing a fence surrounding the grove that belongs to Mohamed al-Adra.
Settlers also destroyed tents and structures in al-Buweib area, east of Yatta, and went on the rampage through the area as part of their efforts to force the local residents to leave their homes and lands.
On Friday evening, a gang of settlers set fire to a swath of land located between the villages of al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah in eastern Ramallah. The arson attack happened in the presence of Israeli occupation forces, according to local sources.
