WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested several citizens, including one individual who was wounded in Wadi al-Far’a, south of Tubas, during a raid campaign across the West Bank on Thursday morning.
Local sources reported that the IOF arrested Firas Ahmad Raja Sobh from Wadi al-Far’a despite his injury.
The sources added that earlier at dawn today, the IOF troops stormed the “Jabal Al-Thour” area in Wadi al-Far’a, after Israeli special forces infiltrated the area and surrounded a house.
In the same context, the IOF carried out a raid campaign Thursday morning in the villages of Kafr Jammal and Kafr Zibad, southeast of Qalqilya.
Local sources said that the Israeli army set up a military checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Jammal, with troops stationed inside and around the village.
The IOF also raided several homes in the village, including the home of the family of Adi Al-Hamed, following an earlier raid on the home of citizen Hassan Al-Mazati.
In the same vein, the IOF stormed the neighboring village of Kafr Zibad and raided the home of Dr. Hossam Ghanayem, turning it into a closed military outpost, which disrupted residents’ movement to and from their workplaces.
In Bethlehem, the IOF arrested two citizens after raiding and searching their homes.
