10 Palestinians from aid security teams killed in Israeli strike west of Gaza

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center) At least 10 people were killed and 30 others were injured, including several critically, after Israeli aircraft targeted tribal aid security forces in the Al-Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza City.

Local sources reported that Israeli drones, ground vehicles, and naval boats struck members of the aid security teams, facilitating the looting of aid trucks.

The Israeli occupation deliberately targets tribal aid security members across various parts of Gaza in ongoing attempts to disrupt aid delivery, foster chaos, and worsen the famine crisis.

On Sunday, the National Coalition of Palestinian Tribes, Clans, and Families announced that humanitarian aid convoys from the “Zikim” area, north of Gaza, will enter the Strip on Monday under the direct supervision of tribal leaders, elders, and grassroots activists to ensure safe delivery to the besieged and devastated population across the region.

The coalition stressed, in a statement, that it will not allow any party, whether saboteurs or collaborators with the Israeli occupation, to interfere with or obstruct the aid convoys, vowing to “strike with an iron fist anyone who dares to tamper with the lifeline of the starving or exploit our people during this ordeal.”

The statement also urged clans and Gaza residents to keep their youth in check and uphold their national duty, warning that chaos only serves the occupation, especially amid the relentless massacres that have drained Palestinian blood.

It emphasized that protecting Gaza and its people is a collective responsibility requiring unwavering social cohesion.

Meanwhile, Gaza’s famine has deepened with months-long closure of crossings and a suffocating siege that has prevented aid convoys from entering, driving the humanitarian situation to unprecedented levels of starvation and malnutrition.

According to the Gaza Government Media Office, the deadly famine imposed by the Israeli occupation has so far claimed the lives of 133 Palestinians, including 85 children, adding that Israel is waging “a vile form of humanitarian blackmail” against 2.4 million people by keeping crossings closed and blocking aid and infant formula.

Data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health shows that more than 260,000 children under the age of five suffer from severe malnutrition that could claim their lives at any moment.
