BEIRUT,(Palestine Foundation Information Center ) A Lebanese citizen was martyred on Monday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a vehicle in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon. The strike came shortly after Israel announced its readiness to support Lebanon in disarming Hezbollah and reducing its military presence in south Lebanon.
According to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, the Israeli strike hit a vehicle on the Ain al-Mazrab–Tebnine road in Bint Jbeil district, resulting in one martyr.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone launched a guided missile targeting a car on the road near the town of Sarbin. However, the missile missed the vehicle and landed in the middle of the road.
