WEST BANK, (The Palestinian Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Tuesday morning.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two young men from Dura town in southern al-Khalil.
The IOF also detained several citizens for hours following violent raids on homes in the towns of Dura and Awwa before releasing them.
In Bethlehem, two citizens were taken prisoner during IOF raids in the towns of al-Dawha and Artas.
Israeli forces also raided homes, interrogated citizens and handed three of them summons for interrogation in Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem.
In east Jerusalem, the IOF opened fire at a worker in al-Dahiya area, injuring him in his thigh, before an ambulance crew from the Red Crescent evacuated him to the hospital.
In a separate incident, an extremist Jewish settler used his car to block the road at the Attara checkpoint in northern Ramallah and then started to attack Palestinian cars and passengers in the presence of Israeli soldiers in the area.
