MOSCOW (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Leader in the Hamas Movement, Musa Abu Marzouk, met with the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and African Countries and the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, at the headquarters of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow, on Monday evening.
Abu Marzouk briefed the Russian representative on the latest developments about the ongoing genocide war in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli settlement plans in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and the flagrant Israeli violations against Palestinian prisoners.
Abu Marzouk further stressed that his Movement’s conditions for reaching a comprehensive ceasefire agreement are compliant with the Security Council ceasefire resolution, which includes a permanent cease-fire and full Israeli withdrawal, return of displaced people to their homes, relief, and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and a prisoner exchange deal.
For his part, Bogdanov renewed his country’s total support of the Palestinian cause and the rights of the Palestinian people.
