GAZA,(Palestine Foundation Information Center ) Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, warned that the Israeli occupation’s criminal plans to fully occupy Gaza will have devastating consequences for its leadership.
In a statement posted on his Telegram channel on Friday evening, he said that the Israeli occupation army will pay in the blood of its soldiers and that such actions will increase the likelihood of capturing more soldiers.
“Our fighters are on full alert, highly motivated, and ready. They will demonstrate unmatched heroism and resilience, delivering harsh lessons to the invaders with Allah’s help.”
He also accused Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and his ministers of knowingly deciding to reduce the number of live Israeli captives by half and to permanently erase the remains of most of the dead captives.
Abu Obeida asserted that the Israeli army and its terrorist government bear full responsibility for this outcome.
“We will safeguard enemy captives as much as we can. They will be with our fighters on the front lines, enduring the same living conditions and risks. For every captive who is killed by Israeli aggression, we will announce his name and image and provide proof of death.”
On August 8, the Israeli security cabinet approved a wide-scale attack on Gaza. Three days later, the assault began in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood and expanded to Al-Sabra, eastern and northern Gaza City. The campaign has involved airstrikes, hundreds of homes blown up with booby-trapped robots, intensified aerial bombardments, and illegal evacuation orders.
