WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different areas of the West Bank last night and at dawn Wednesday and kidnaped at least 11 Palestinian citizens from homes.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped three young men after raiding their homes in the village of Kafr Ein in the northwest of Ramallah.
In Qalqilya, the IOF kidnaped a young man from the city and two others from the town of Azzun.
In Tulkarem, two young men were taken prisoner following IOF raids on homes in the village of Kafr Abbush.
In Nablus, Israeli forces stormed the city and kidnaped 65-year-old Ammar Basees, who suffers from cancer, after raiding his workplace in the eastern area.
Two other citizens were kidnaped by the IOF from Jenin refugee camp and the town of Yatta in southern al-Khalil.
In a separate incident, violent clashes broke out on Tuesday evening between Palestinian youths and Israeli police forces near the Qalandia checkpoint in northern Jerusalem.
Local sources said that police forces closed the Qalandia checkpoint and fired tear gas canisters intensively during clashes with local youths in the area.
