RAMALLAH, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation army has issued a military order declaring its intent to seize large swaths of Palestinian‑owned land and uproot trees in the town of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah, under the pretext of security concerns.
The military order was issued on Sunday and included maps highlighting the targeted plots in red.
According to the land‑seizure directive, the Israeli army also plans to bulldoze extensive areas of farmland and relocate trees to another area.
Palestinian landowners have been given only 24 hours to submit objections to the order.
Just two days earlier, on Friday, Israeli forces bulldozed a road in Kafr Malik, causing extensive damage to infrastructure during a large-scale operation in the town.
