GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation army attacked two schools sheltering displaced families in the cities of Gaza and Jabalia on Sunday evening, killing at least eight people and injuring dozens.
According to medical sources at the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, four civilians were martyred and many others were injured when an Israeli airstrike targeted the second floor of al-Hurriya School in az-Zeitoun neighborhood.
The school was targeted during intensive Israeli aerial and artillery attacks on the eastern areas of az-Zeitoun and ash-Shuja’iya neighborhood in Gaza City.
On Sunday evening, Israeli warplanes launched a series of intense and frenzied airstrikes on Gaza City, particularly the eastern, northeastern, and southeastern areas of the city, according to local residents and journalists.
In northern Gaza, four civilians were martyred and 15 others were injured when the Israeli army bombed Halawa School in Jabalia al-Balad.
