GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Several Palestinian police officers were martyred on Sunday evening when an Israeli warplane struck them at the entrance of al‑Zawaida town in central Gaza.
Local sources said Israeli aircraft targeted a police jeep at the entrance of al‑Zawaida, resulting in eight fatalities and a number of wounded people.
Gaza’s interior ministry confirmed that the deadly aerial attack happened on Salahuddin Street near the entrance of al‑Zawaida.
In the morning, an Israeli strike claimed the lives of three Palestinians, parents and their son, as well as a neighbor’s kid, in central Gaza.
