AL-KHALIL, (The Palestinian Information Center) An extremist Israeli settler ran over a 10-year-old Palestinian girl from the town of as-Samu, south of al-Khalil in the southern West Bank, on Monday evening.
The incident occurred on the bypass road near the town, resulting in injuries described as more than moderate.
According to the PIC correspondent in al-Khalil, the child was transported by an Israeli ambulance to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba for treatment.
It is worth noting that last July witnessed 466 settler attacks in the West Bank, one of the highest waves of settler terrorism this year. The assaults were concentrated in the following areas: Ramallah (126 attacks), al-Khalil (103), Nablus (83), and Bethlehem (39).
