SANAA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Four Yemeni citizens have been martyred and 16 others wounded in a US bombing that targeted a residential neighborhood in Amin Muqbil residential city in Al-Hawk district in Al-Hudaydah city in western Yemen.
The Ministry of Health said on Tuesday that four citizens were martyred and 16 others were injured in the US airstrikes.
On Tuesday evening, US warplanes also carried out raids on the communications network in the Shawaba area of Dhibin district in Amran governorate, north of Sanaa.
The US warplanes launched a series of raids on Sanaa governorate at dawn Tuesday, targeting the Al-Jumaimah area in Bani Hashish district, east of the capital city.
It also launched six airstrikes on the Jarban area in Sinhan district, southeast of the city and two strikes on Kamran Island in the western Yemeni coastal governorate of Hudaydah, bringing the number of raids targeting the island since the start of the US aggression to 13.
Early Tuesday, the US military targeted Marib governorate, launching five airstrikes on Majzar district in the northwestern part of the governorate, in addition to two airstrikes on Al-Jubah district in the center of Marib and two airstrikes on Kufel area in Basrawah, west of Marib.
Late on Monday night, US warplanes launched five airstrikes on the Al-Jafra area in Huraib district in Marib governorate, northeastern Yemen.
On March 15, the US President Donald Trump announced that his country had begun targeting Ansar Allah in Yemen to discourage it from targeting Israeli shipping in the Red Sea, as he put it.
On March 12, the group announced that the decision to ban the navigation of Israeli ships through the Red Sea, Bab Al-Mandab, the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea had come into force, in response to the Israeli blockage of aid delivery to the Gaza Strip and closing the Gaza crossings in a step that is aimed at starving the Palestinian people in the war-torn Gaza Strip.
