GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), An Israeli airstrike early Friday killed four Palestinians, including police personnel, and injured others to varying degrees after targeting two Palestinian police posts in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip and Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. The attack comes amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025.
Three people were killed, and others were wounded when an Israeli drone struck a Palestinian police post at the Al-Maslakh junction, west of Khan Yunis.
The injured and the victims’ bodies were transferred to Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis for treatment and necessary medical procedures.
A similar strike targeted a police post in Al-Bureij refugee camp, killing one police officer and critically injuring another.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that Israeli aircraft struck a police checkpoint on Salah al-Din Street at the entrance to Al-Bureij camp, resulting in one fatality and a critically injured officer.
Earlier on Thursday, three Palestinians were also killed and others were injured in an Israeli strike that targeted a group of civilians near Al-Mahatta Park in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.
According to the daily report issued Thursday by Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Israeli violations since the ceasefire began in October 2025 have left 618 killed and 1,663 injured.
