WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center)The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign in different parts of the West Bank at dawn Friday.
In al-Khalil, the IOF troops stormed in large numbers the Al-Kasara, Jabal Jawhar, Bab Al-Zawiya and Ain Sarah areas amid a power outage in numerous neighborhoods in the city.
Similar raids were also reported in Dura and Yatta towns.
The Israeli forces also detained at least 37 Palestinians after raiding Deir Abu Mash’al village, northwest of Ramallah, early today.
The IOF also stormed the Satha Marhaba neighborhood in Al-Bireh, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
A Palestinian child was detained after IOF troops stormed Ain al-Sultan camp, northwest of Jericho.
In Occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli police forces stormed Rafat village amid heavy firing of teargas bombs, which led to a fire outbreak in a vehicle.
The IOF also broke into Balata refugee camp, southeast of Nablus, while snipers could be seen on the roofs of many buildings at the camp’s entrances.
